I made up the two fuel lines going from the regulator up too the carburetor. They were not easy. The thin tape did not work. I decided to cut the nylon braided from the first 1/2″ of the hose, after putting a wrap of 1.5″ black tape tape around the hose. I put the fitting on and it fit just right. Now all it has to do is pass the pressure test. Looks good too!
I did discover one thing. I purchased two Summit brand AN-, 90 degree fittings and 4, 45 degree fittings from the company that makes the hose. The fittings from the hose company were easier to make up than the Summit fittings. Probably should use Summit hose with Summit fittings.
