The rain, although it was really needed in our area, stopped all of my racing for the weekend.

Barbara took advantage of that and had me in several stores looking for things for the house. I did not have an excuse. The new carpet opened all sorts of new ideas in her head on how she wants to rearrange things in the bedroom. The carpet is a different color, so that means matching things to go with it.

I had to take apart a complete Home Theater Sound System to put the carpet in. It took me forever to get the system working again. I took the opportunity to put in HDMI and Component cables. Everything sounds good and looks better on the TV.

Postponements are stacking up at our local tracks. We were already up to “Double Points” at two races on the same weekend.
